Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order and are therefore exempt from the standard EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal, as they are custom-made goods produced to the consumer's specifications (in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EEA Consumer Rights – Conformity of Goods If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you have statutory rights under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU) regarding the conformity of goods. If a product does not conform to what was agreed (e.g. it is faulty, damaged, or not as described), you are entitled to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
